Modvale

Modvale was born out of urgency, a bold new venture by a seasoned construction company stepping into the fast-moving world of modular buildings. With Australia in the thick of a healthcare and housing crisis, they needed a brand that could walk into a government meeting and say, “We’ve got this.” I was brought in to create that brand from scratch.


I developed the name Modvale to feel grounded, capable, and scalable, something that could hold its own on a building site or in a ministerial report. From there, I built a brand identity that’s confident, direct, and action-focused. It’s designed to instil trust quickly, for large-scale projects with tight timelines and even tighter budgets. Think: bold type, minimal fluff, and a tone of voice that gets to the point.


Modvale is a go-getter brand, strong, solutions-led, and made for momentum. It's already rolling out hundreds of new homes in Tasmania, with more on the horizon.
